Warranty is void under circumstances of damage, fault, failure or malfunction due to external causes, including accident, abuse, misuse, non-usage, problems with electrical power, short-circuit, physical damage, liquid damage, product disassembled, usage and/or storage and/or installation, not in accordance with product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, normal wear, and tear, an act of God, fire, flood, war, an act of violence or any similar occurrence, products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers or warranty sticker, any attempt by any person other than Viann Zone 360° personnel to adjust, repair, upgrade and/or downgrade operating system or support the Products, problems caused by use of inferior parts and components, damage to laptop battery due to overcharging.
For the thorough check-up of the Laptop and/or Desktop the OS Login Password is required, so at the time of handing over the Laptop and/or Desktop for repair and/or replacement, the client should either disable the password before handing over the Laptop and/or Desktop or should provide Viann Zone 360° with the password, even if the Laptop and/or Desktop is Dead, if the client does not wish to provide the password, then Viann Zone 360° will be unable to undertake a thorough analysis of the Laptop and/or Desktop and will not be responsible if some issue/issues go undetected, as there are other components of the Laptop and/or Desktop which can be checked thoroughly only by accessing the OS, like Webcam, Speaker, Keyboard, OS Issue, Heating Issue, Health, etc., and if the client has forgotten the password then for password breaking charges are applicable.
The following charges are applicable, only after the Laptop and/or Desktop and/or Electrical gadget is checked, and the issue/issues detected is informed to the client, but the repair and/or replacement is not executed :
Visiting Charge – Rs.350/-
Checking Charge of Laptop/ Desktop with Software – Rs.750/-
Checking Charge of Laptop/ Desktop by opening the entire Laptop/ Desktop – Rs.1500/-
For Data Recovery checking of a device to confirm whether the data can be recovered is Free, and the before the onset of the process of data recovery the client will be explained briefly the factors that affect data recovery, and charges for data recovery from a device vary depending on multiple factors, and in case after data recovery from the device the client refuses to do the full and final payment then the data recovered will not be furnished to the client, and to procure the device the client will be liable to pay the Labour Charge of Rs.3,000/- and refusal by the client to do the payment will lead to the confiscation of the device and Viann Zone 360° will not be responsible for any sort of data loss occurring to the client.
As a safety measure, it is recommended to use a Spike Guard (Extension Socket) as an intermediary when connecting the Laptop, Desktop or any electrical gadget to the power outlet, as Spike Guard suppress the spike in the voltage automatically to protect the sensitive equipment from under-voltage, surge voltage, over-voltage, and lightning damage and in case of an untoward event like short-circuit, the Spike Guard will act as a fuse thus protecting the gadget from damage, and short-circuit is not covered under warranty.
The manufacturer does not warrant that the use or operation of Internal and/or External Hard Disk, Internal and/or External SSD, Pen Drive, SD Card will be error-free, nor does it warrant that any data stored on the product will remain accessible or uncorrupted. To protect against accidental data loss, back up your data frequently on multiple types of storage media.

After the Fabrication and/or Hinges Replacement the Laptop should only be opened by holding the base firmly in the centre and lifting the upper lid from the centre, for equal distribution of pressure on both sides of the hinges, excess pressure on any one side can lead to cracking and/or breakage, and if cracking and/or breakage occurs of the Fabrication and/or Hinges then it cannot be fabricated again, it can be rectified only by the change of the entire body of the Laptop and/or Hinges Replacement.
Warranty of Keyboard/ Keyboards whether Laptop and/or Desktop will be void if the key and/or keys are out of its socket and/or broken from its point of attachment.
Every Laptop should be given a short break, it should not be used 24x7, after usage of 3-4 hours a minimum of 30 minutes break is necessary, and it becomes more important to give break to the Laptop after the Laptop has been repaired, after usage of 3 hours a break of 30 minutes is important, and using the Laptop for a long duration without the required break amounts to misuse and which will lead to warranty going void in case of any issue arising in the Laptop.
When replacement and/or installation of part/parts is undertaken and/or repair which also involves with it replacement of part/parts in a Laptop and/or Desktop and/or Electrical Gadgets, the charges mentioned on Work Order, Invoice, etc., is inclusive of Labour Charge, price of the part/parts and Labour Charge will not be displayed separately, the Labour charge is merged with the price of the part/parts.
Viann Zone 360° follows the ideology of ‘Go Green’ so all the documents for client reference like Work Order, Invoices, etc. are generated only in soft copy, so the client will be required to forward their Email id for the creation of Work Order, Invoices, etc., for any work undertaken on the Laptop and/or Desktop and/or any Electrical Gadget and/or Sales of computer product/ products, etc., in case the client fails to provide their Email id then Viann Zone 360° will not follow up with the client for the Email id and Viann Zone 360° will not be responsible for the losses occurring in absence of Invoice, due to the negligence of the client.
After the Laptop and/or Desktop and/or any Electrical Gadget and/or Computer product/ products, etc., are handed over to the client, Viann Zone 360° will wait only for 48 hours for the Email id of the client, if the Email id is received after 48 hours from the client, then no Invoice will be generated.
The invoice will be generated only in soft copy and will be emailed to the client from Viann Zone 360° official Email id contact@viannzone360.com, in case of any discrepancy in the invoice, the client has to inform Viann Zone 360° within 7 days starting from the date of the invoice, after 7 days no changes will be undertaken under any circumstances.
No Duplicate invoice will be generated.
In the absence of the Invoice, the warranty will be void.

Products under warranty are covered by carry-in-warranty and will take a maximum of 30 days for repair and/or replacement, for onsite warranty charges are applicable.
Replacement/ or Repair is valid only for products with manufacturing defects under warranty, no replacement/ or Repair is applicable for products in absence of manufacturing defect.
Branded products with manufacturing defects will be replaced by Viann Zone 360° only within 24 hrs., beyond 24 hrs., the client will have to approach the brand's respective service centre.
Warranty on all branded products is provided by their respective service centres.
After installation of OS or any other software, whether on Windows system and/or Mac system, Viann Zone 360° will never set a login password or any other types of passwords, which will hinder the system usage by the client, it is the sole responsibility of the client whether do they, want to set or not to set the password.
OS Reinstallation Offer is limited to certain selected laptops and desktops only, but in absence of invoice and OS reinstallation offer receipt, the offer shall be void.
No warranty on software and software related issues, and software are valid till the system is not Formatted and/or Reset and/or HDD or SSD issue and/or Software Uninstalled and/or Updates not Interrupted, and the majority of software issue and/or issues is due to negligence and improper usage of the software like, the system should never be shut down from the power button, whether it is Windows or Mac, the shutdown should always be manually from within the software, updates should be allowed whenever prompted and should never be stopped in between forcibly, fidgeting should not be undertaken with the unknown features of the software until and unless not sure what its functionality is, always a reputed Antivirus like Avast Premium Security should be installed, updated and should be valid, if the Antivirus is expired or not updated whenever prompted it increases the risk of virus infection directly leading to software related issues.
Gadgets and/or Accessories free with a laptop and/or desktop, gifts, freebies, donations, free installation, are not covered by warranty.
Gift/ gifts are valid only on the day of winning the gift/ gifts, it is not carried forward; the next day, the gift/ gifts won shall be void.
Any Special Offer/ Offers provided by Viann Zone 360° on certain selected products and/or software’s, is valid only on the day of the offer and/or for a limited time duration as decided by Viann Zone 360°, the offer/ offers provided is not carried forward; next day and/or after the expiry of the offer duration the offer/ offers shall be void.
Offer/ Offers designed by Viann Zone 360° can be changed anytime as per company policy of Viann Zone 360°.
After repair and/or replacement of the part and/or parts of the Laptop and/or Desktop under warranty, if in the warranty period again some issue and/or issues arise then invoice and warranty receipt have to be displayed, in absence of either of them warranty will be void.
Viann Zone 360° recommends usage of only original and/or branded parts and accessories, Viann Zone 360° is not liable for issues arising due to usage of inferior and/or unbranded parts and accessories.
For Laptop Battery Calibration after installing a new battery it should be completely discharged to 0% till the laptop shuts down and then charged to 100% and then again let it drain to 0% till the laptop shuts down, this is the procedure to calibrate the new laptop battery as per the laptop settings if battery calibration is not performed it will display the inaccurate percentage of charge and discharge, the completion of this procedure is the responsibility of the client.
For the durability of the Laptop Battery never let it overcharge, as overcharging leads to laptop battery degradation, so as a best practice, unplug the laptop adapter once it charges up to 90% as there is a tendency to forget to unplug the adapter waiting for the battery to charge up to 100%.
During formatting and reinstallation of the operating system, if a backup has to be taken by Viann Zone 360°, then it should be informed in advance by the client, if the client fails to inform, formatting will take place without any intimation to the client and Viann Zone 360° is not responsible for the data loss.
In the event of, failing Hard Disk and/or low hard disk health and/or Virus infection, backup of entire data is not assured.
Gadgets with dead Motherboard or dead Graphics Card or not Powering on or Shutting down continuously or without and/ or corrupted Hard Disk and/ or Operating System, if, after repair or replacement, found with any other defective part and/or parts then, Viann Zone 360° is not liable for its repair and/or replacement.
Replacement and or Repair of the computer part and/or parts and the time taken for the completion of the procedure is subject to availability of the part and/or parts.
The replaced defective part/ parts and/or boxes of new product/ products installed if required by the client, then they should inform Viann Zone 360° in advance, otherwise, the replaced defective part/ parts and/or boxes of new product/ products installed will be discarded by Viann Zone 360°, without any intimation to client.
In the absence of the Work Order, the product will not be handed over to the client.
Laptop and/or Desktop purchased New and/or Second Hand and/or repaired and/ or parts replaced and/or operating system upgraded or downgraded and/ or software installation done by Viann Zone 360° have to be used at least once in a week for a minimum duration of one-hour, issues arising as a result of non-usage of laptop and/or desktop is not covered under warranty.
Goods once sold will not be taken back.
For repair and/or replacement and/or for purchase of a new product on order and/or parts for purchase the client has to make full payment in advance.
In case the payment is outstanding on the repaired and/or replaced product/ products and/or Ordered Product/ Products and/or Checked laptop and/or desktop and/or electrical gadget, then the laptop and/or desktop and/or electrical gadget and/or product/ products will not be handed over to the client, until and unless the entire payment is cleared, and Viann Zone 360° reserves the right to sell the laptop and/or desktop and/or electrical gadget and/or product/ products to recover the expenses incurred if the payment is not received till the Due Date as mentioned on the Outstanding Invoice, and Viann Zone 360° will not be responsible for any kind of data losses occurring.
The product/ products given for repair, on which repairs have not been initiated and/or completed, due to the reasons as mentioned on the Cancelled Work Order, the client should collect the product/ products within 7 days from the Cancellation Date as mentioned on the Cancelled Work Order or the product/ products will be given away for recycling.
Repaired Products and/ or Products given for repair and/or Ordered Product/ Products, if not collected within 7 days, then Viann Zone 360° is not responsible.
Refund is non-applicable for products and services, only if we are unable to repair a Laptop/Desktop, in that case, a refund will be initiated.
In untoward circumstances, if the client cancels the order placed of a product/products, then the process of refund will be initiated only after our vendor refund’s us the amount of the product/products, and the entire process will take a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 30 days.
If in case, the refund is to be processed, the amount for credit, will be processed through the same mode, through which the client payment was received.
In the absence of Invoice and/or Work Order and/or Payment Receipt, the amount of credit will not be refunded.
If the mode of credit is NEFT, the transfer of credit amount will complete in three hours from the time of receiving the bank details from the client, which will be initiated after 12:00 noon, except for, there will be no transfer of credit amount if bank details are received from the client on 2nd & 4th Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, and after 18:00 hrs., then the transfer of the credit amount will take place on the next working day in next three hours from 12:00 noon.
If the mode of payment by Client was Credit Card/ EMI against Credit Card/ Commercial Card/ Diners Card/ Debit Card and the refund of the amount is to be processed then deduction of Bank Charges will take place as per the Bank Card Charges applicable.
If the amount of Credit is not collected by the client and/or applied against an invoice within 90 days starting from the day of outstanding credit, then the amount will be forfeited, without any intimation to the client.
A home visit is only for Desktop, but if the desktop requires any repair and/or replacement and/ or service it shall be undertaken at the office of Viann Zone 360°.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without any prior notification.
The Quotation/ Cost provided for the products and services by Viann Zone 360° is valid only for 7 days, from the date of issuance of Quotation, which will only be generated in soft copy and emailed to the client from Viann Zone 360° official Email id contact@viannzone360.com, quotation/ cost provided for the products and services via verbal communication/ WhatsApp/ FB/ SMS/ etc. has validity only for 24 hours.
Repair and/or Replacement and/or Software installation and/or Operating System installation will be done only after thorough Health Analysis of the Laptop and/or Desktop, in absence of consent from the client to carry on Health Analysis, no work shall be undertaken by Viann Zone 360°.
In Health Analysis Report, the findings and course of rectification concluded is based on preliminary examination, but not be treated as the final course of action, it’s just a Basic Health Analysis of the gadget, it does not rule out any underlying issues that may go undetected, whether related to hardware and/or software.
The purpose of the Health Analysis report is to assess the physical status of the laptop and/ or desktop based on its past repairs and/or replacement and/or upgradation or down gradation, whether the hardware and/ or software related, facts are hidden, may inversely result in misdiagnosis and Viann Zone 360° is not liable for issues arising due to misinterpretation of facts by the client.
After and/or during the completion of the assigned task i.e. repair and/or replacement and/or software installation, if some other issue/ issues are detected, then for its repair and/or replacement, charges will be applicable.
The Laptop and/or Desktop which is dead and/or frail condition and/or in a state unable to undertake health analysis will be repaired and/or software installation and/or operating system upgraded or downgraded at the risk of the customer, he/she will be explained briefly the risks involved and only with the consent of the client, Viann Zone 360° will go ahead, if any other parts are found to be not working after completion of the task performed and/or any other part/ parts stops working after few days then Viann Zone 360° is not to be held responsible.
If Laptop and/or Desktop with issues related to software and/or hardware is treated as per the instructions of the client and not as per the diagnosis provided by Viann Zone 360°, then Viann Zone 360° is not responsible for unresolved issues or any other new issues arising after completion of the task.

The Turn Around Time is the minimum time required to complete the task, and there can be an extension in Turn Around Time due to unavoidable reasons such as non-availability of parts, delay in delivery of parts, wrong product received, damaged product received, natural calamity, cost factor, due to holidays markets closed, accidents, the occurrence of untoward error/errors, curfew, etc., so you are requested to kindly bear with us, as such situations are unintended and beyond our control and in case of any urgency you're requested to inform us in advance so we will try our level best to complete the task as soon as possible.
